SHIPPING AND RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?


We print and frame to order, therefore if you change your mind or have ordered the incorrect size, we cannot provide a refund, return or exchange.


We take great precautions with our packaging in preparation for shipping but if your order arrives damaged contact us immediately. Send an email to hello@affiche.com.au with photos of the damage and we will rectify the issue by either repairing the frame or sending a replacement.

How long will delivery take?

 

We will have your new work for you in 2-3 weeks.

 

Where is my order shipped from?

 

All orders are shipped from our workshop in Richmond, Melbourne.

 

How much does shipping cost?

 

Shipping is free :) We only ship inside Australia for the time being.

 

How are the frames shipped?

 

The frame is bubble wrapped and shipped in custom made, double wall cardboard packaging using a courier service. Unframed posters are gently rolled and shipped in sturdy tubes. All work is insured against loss or damage.

 

How can I track my order?

 

You will be emailed your tracking number when your order has been dispatched (10-12 days after placing your order).

 

How can I change my address after purchasing?

 

You can contact us directly to update a shipping address as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address after shipment you can contact the courier directly. The details will be included in the email you receive with your tracking number.
