Our Story
A couple of years ago, Jim and Harry (owners of Affiche) were trying to find the perfect poster for a friend’s house. Finding the art was easy, as Jim’s father had taught him the vintage poster trade – what was difficult was working to a budget. Years of conversation, months of deliberation and a day of confirmation later, Affiche was born. As France was the birthplace of posters, we thought it a fitting homage to name the business after the french word for poster, ‘affiche’. Our mission is to promote art by making it accessible to everyone, through quality products at affordable prices.
About Us
Fine Art Prints
Affiche offers a curated selection of posters from timeless masters such as Picasso, Miro, Matisse and many more. The posters are later editions of the original print run; they are sourced through our private collection of vintage posters. To the untrained eye, the edition is indistinguishable from the original, making it a brilliant decorative piece. The poster is a fine art giclee print produced on 310 gsm cotton rag paper. Its quality is complemented by a beautiful Victorian ash timber frame, handmade in Melbourne.

How It Works
We want the experience of purchasing your next piece of art to be simple. Rather than buying something overpriced, getting it framed by a disgruntled framer and lugging it back to your house, we’ll do it all for you. Select your poster, the size, the frame and we’ll tenderly pack it and send it your way with love.
